Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship across the United States and to 27 countries worldwide, including Canada, the UK and most of Europe, Australia and New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Israel, and the UAE. Shipping options for your country are shown automatically at checkout.
How much does shipping cost?
- Free standard (Economy) shipping on all U.S. orders of $50 or more.
- U.S. orders under $50 ship from $4.90 (Economy) or $6.90 (Standard) — the exact rate is calculated by package weight at checkout.
- International rates are calculated live at checkout based on your destination and the carrier you choose (USPS or DHL Express).
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed and packed within 1–3 business days. After that:
- United States: roughly 3–8 business days in transit, depending on the method you select at checkout.
- International: typically 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.
These are estimates, not guarantees — carrier and customs delays can occasionally add time.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.
Do I have to pay customs duties or import taxes on international orders?
Yes. For orders shipped outside the United States, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are set by your country and are the customer's responsibility. They are not included in our prices or shipping charges and are usually collected by the carrier at or before delivery. Please check your local import rules before ordering.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Because our hosiery, tights, lingerie, and intimate apparel are worn next to the skin, all sales are final for hygiene reasons. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these items once they've shipped.
My item arrived damaged or I received the wrong product — what now?
We've got you. If anything arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us through our Contact page within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Sizing, Fit & Care
How do I choose the right size?
Many Music Legs styles are designed as One Size or come in Queen/Plus sizing. Each product page lists the available sizes and a size guide where applicable — check the specific item before ordering. If you're between sizes or unsure, reach out and we'll point you in the right direction.
How should I care for my hosiery?
To keep your pieces looking their best: hand wash in cold water with mild soap, do not bleach, and lay flat or hang to dry. Avoid the dryer and rough surfaces or jewelry that can snag delicate knits. Removing rings and long nails before putting on fine hosiery helps prevent runs.
Payment & Orders
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards along with the secure express checkout options shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely — we never see or store your full card details.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We pack quickly, so contact us as soon as possible through our Contact page. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update or cancel it. Once it's on its way, it can't be changed.

Do you sell wholesale or in bulk?
Yes — Music Legs is a longtime legwear wholesaler. This store (musiclegs.shop) is for retail customers. For wholesale, bulk, or trade accounts, please contact us through our Contact page and our wholesale team will follow up.
